Planning Applications
The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust has assessment procedures to ensure that actions taken on its lands are consistent with the Trust's objectives, plans and relevant Commonwealth legislation.
Proponents will be required to seek approval from the Trust for all actions proposed on Trust lands. This applies to all lessees of Trust properties.
The documents below provide further information about this approval process and will assist proponents apply for approval.

Development Proposals On Exhibition
Public Exhibition of Development Proposal – Proposed Childcare Centre - North Head Sanctuary - Submissions close 5 March 2012
The Harbour Trust has received a development application from YCW Childcare Pty Ltd for a proposal to adapt an existing building (Building 49) at the North Head Sanctuary for use as a long day child care centre. The proposal is for a centre to care for up to 76 children between the ages of 0-5 years; with up to 17 employees; and hours of operation 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
The full set of plans and supporting documents will be on display from Saturday 4 February 2012 until Monday 5 March 2012, and may be inspected at the Harbour Trust’s office at Best Ave, Mosman; the Harbour Trust’s Visitor Centre at Building 6, North Head Sanctuary; Manly Council Chambers; Manly Library; or online by clicking on the documents below.
