On receipt of your completed Excursion Enquiry Form, the Bookings Officer will check the availability of your requested dates. You will then be sent a confirmation letter and teacher information kit with all the information needed for yout excursion. If the suggested excursion dates are not available, the Bookings Office will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.
