Draft Harbour Trust Leasing Policy 2022

New Leasing Policy and Protocols for the Harbour trust have come into effect, replacing the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Leasing Policy 2017.

A draft of the new Harbour Trust Leasing Policy and Protocols was publicly exhibited from 20 October 2022 to 17 November 2022.

Following careful consideration of feedback, the new Leasing policy and Protocols were approved and came into force on 20 March 2023. The approved Leasing policy and protocols are available here:
