Event: 17th Biennale of Sydney
Summary:

The 17th Biennale of Sydney directed by David Elliott and titled THE BEAUTY OF DISTANCE: Songs of Survival in a Precarious Age will showcase new and recent works by Australian and international artists. Program highlights include artist talks, performances, forums, film screenings, family events, guided tours and other special events, all FREE to the public.

Event: Ships Ahoy Discovery Trail – School holiday fun on Cockatoo Island
Summary: Kids! Take your parents on a treasure hunt to seek out some of the many treasures on Cockatoo Island left behind from its shipbuilding days. Collect your free treasure map from the Muster Station Visitor Office when you arrive on the island, then head out to find rusty cranes, enormous docks and gigantic old workshops.
Date: Available every day except for Good Friday

Event: Kids’ Discovery Room – School holiday fun at North Head Sanctuary
Summary: Visit the free Kids' Discovery Room at North Head Sanctuary to make a flannel flower, construct a bandicoot mask or create a discovery map of the area. Take a stroll along Gunners’ Walk to discover amazing views, native bushland and some cool old military structures.
