How to submit an EOI
When properties first become publicly available, the Harbour Trust will call for detailed leasing proposals from organisations or individuals. All Expressions of Interest (EOI) are advertised on this webpage and often in the local and metropolitan press. If you would like to respond to an EOI, read the information below and submit your written proposal by the advertised closing date.

How to put together your proposal
Step 1 - Inspect
Contact our Leasing Team to arrange an inspection of the EOI property prior to the advertised closing date. Telephone (02) 8969 2100 or email leasing_ht@harbourtrust.gov.au
Step 2A - Find out
You should check the relevant management plan for the site where the EOI property is located for detailed information about our strategies and future plans for the area.
Ask our Leasing Team about guidelines for use of the property and any trading, heritage or environmental constraints that may apply.
Step 2B - Review
Review our standard leasing documents to find out important information about leasing through the Harbour Trust.

Step 3 - Prepare your EOI
Download and complete the EOI cover sheet. You may attach additional information in support of your application. Remember to check your application carefully.

Step 4 - Submit your EOI
EOIs must be submitted in writing by the advertised closing date and time and placed in the tender box at:
