How to Apply for a Lease
Are you thinking of applying to lease a Harbour Trust property? If the property you are interested in is available through open leasing, follow the simple steps below.
Step 1 - Inspect
Contact our Leasing Team to arrange an inspection of the property you are interested in or to find out further information.

Step 2 - Find out
Check our standard leasing documents to find out important information about leasing through the Harbour Trust.

You should also review the relevant management plan for the site for detailed information about our strategies and future plans.
Step 3 - Tell us
Submit your leasing proposal to the Leasing Team by completing an Open Leasing Application [PDF 99kb] and attaching the relevant supporting information.
Proposals should be emailed to: leasing_ht@harbourtrust.gov.au
A member of our Leasing Team will then contact you to discuss your application.
Occasionally a specific property will be advertised as a "Request for Proposal" or an "Expression of Interest". For these properties you will need to Find out how to submit a formal proposal under RFP or submit an Expression of Interest
