For a quick response to service requests, tenants should complete this online form and submit to the Maintenance Division.
Please note: To assist us in processing your request quickly, please make sure that you have completed as much of the form as possible.
Response Expectation: The Harbour Trust will respond to your tenant service request promptly. If you do not have an initial reply within 1 business day please contact the Property Marketing and Management Division on (02) 8969 2100.
