The work of the Harbour Trust in planning, rehabilitating and conserving its sites for future generations has been recognised on a number of occasions by professional bodies.

Commendation for Design in Landscape Architecture
The Marine Biological Station Park won an award for landscape design and architecture that “enhances the experience and permeability of the harbour experience”.
