Request for Proposals - The Club House, Middle Head, Mosman

The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust requests proposals from organisations or individuals interested in leasing the former golf club house at Middle Head, Mosman, for possible uses including a restaurant, function centre, health retreat or similar.

This request for written proposals is open until 5pm, Friday 16 May.

How to Submit a Leasing Proposal

Proposals should be submitted in writing and placed in the Harbour Trust tender box at:

(envelopes marked "RFP - The Club House")
Building 28, Best Avenue
Mosman NSW 2088

By 5pm, Friday 16 May 2008.

 

What should you include in your proposal?

The proposal MUST include:

1. A completed Tender Form for Acquisition of Lease at the Club House, Middle Head, Mosman; and

2. A supporting statement describing:

  • The proposed use including trading hours, anticipated number of occupants and parking requirements;
  • Any proposed fit out or building modifications;
  • How the proposal meets the Tenant Selection Criteria
  • Any other aspects of the proposal the applicant wishes to be considered.

The more information supplied, the easier it will be for the proposal to be assessed.
