Description

A truly unique venue, the Landship was developed during the era of military occupation of the area as a mock-up of a ship's hold for training purposes. The Landship is carved into a sandstone cliff face in a wonderful parkland setting commanding spectacular views across Sydney Harbour. The venue includes a large concrete forecourt suitable for a marquee with tiered sandstone seating on two sides and adjoins a private lawn.

The Landship is suitable for exhibitions, ceremonies and receptions.

On-site facilities include limited parking, public toilets (500 m), single phase and three-phase power, water supply, public transport (244 Wynard - Chowder Bay or 238 Taronga Zoo-Balmoral Beach services) and an on-site cafe (50 m).
