Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Regulations 2021

New Regulations for the Harbour Trust have come into force replacing the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Regulations 2001 which were due to sunset on 1 October 2021.

An exposure draft of the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Regulations 2021 was publicly exhibited from 22 June to 19 July 2021.

Following careful consideration of feedback, the new Regulations were approved and came into force on 14 September 2021. The approved 2021 Regulations and a consultation summary are available here:
