To help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus, the meeting will be presented online via the Zoom webinar platform.
Members of the public are invited to submit questions in writing prior to the meeting. These questions will be addressed by the Members of the Trust and the Harbour Trust Executive during the meeting.
The Chair has the discretion to allow questions to be asked at the meeting; however, due to the online nature of the meeting, we encourage you to submit questions in advance.
Questions must be received by 5pm, Wednesday 10 June, and can be emailed to email@example.com.
Interested people must RSVP to attend and will be emailed a unique access link prior to the meeting. This link will provide attendees with access to a live stream video of the meeting, which is being facilitated by the Zoom webinar platform.
Video and audio of the audience will not be enabled. If time permits, attendees may be able to submit questions in writing during the meeting using the platform's Q&A function.
Time restrictions may prevent all questions from the floor from being answered. Again, we encourage you to submit questions in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org.
