Our magnificent wedding locations at Headland Park in Mosman, Macquarie Lightstation in Vaucluse and Woolwich on the Hunter’s Hill Peninsula are guaranteed to add a ‘wow’ factor to your Special Day.
Set amidst coastal bushland on the Mosman Peninsula, our three wedding locations at Headland Park marry tranquil green space with billion dollar Sydney Harbour views.
Housed in a historic sandstone building on the Mosman peninsula, Burnt Orange is an ideal setting for couples looking to add heritage charm to their wedding ceremony and reception. Burnt Orange offers two reception spaces for hire – the Signals Room is suitable for intimate receptions while the wrap-around balcony area offers spectacle with its sweeping view of Sydney Harbour.
Rate: $300 (incl. GST) for two-hour hire
Capacity: Up to 160 guests
Parking: Limited parking available at venue. Paid and accessible parking is offered at the Middle Head parking area.
Accessibility: Burnt Orange is a fully accessible venue.
Additional: An on-site power source is not provided. Further, bookings for the tiered lawn and sundial area must be in conjunction with a confirmed reception with Burnt Orange.

A harbourside sanctuary set within the coastal bushland overlooking Chowder Bay, Harbour View Lawn is an ideal wedding ceremony location for couples holding their reception at Gunners Barracks.
Rate: $1,000 (incl. GST) for two-hour hire
Capacity: Up to 130 guests
Parking: Limited parking available at venue. Paid and accessible parking is offered at Gunshot Alley carpark.
Accessibility: The venue is only accessible by stairs.
Additional: Bookings for this venue must be in conjunction with a confirmed reception at Gunners Barracks, and there is no on-site power source.
Boasting panoramic coastal views, shaded lawn, historic gun emplacements and an elegant sandstone platform, Georges Head Lookout is a fairy tale setting for a fairy tale wedding.
Rate: $1,000 (incl. GST) for two-hour hire
Capacity: Up to 100 guests
Parking: Limited parking available at venue. Paid and accessible parking is offered at Gunshot Alley carpark.
Accessibility: Georges Head lookout is accessible to wheelchairs, mobility scooters and strollers; however, there are sloped and uneven surfaces.
Additional: The lookout will remain open to the public, the sandstone platform is not permitted for use in ceremonies, and there is no on-site power source. Toilet facilities are located nearby, here.

Perched upon the clifftop of Vaucluse, Macquarie Lightstation is the site of Australia’s original lighthouse. The lawns are an opportunity to celebrate your special day against the spectacular backdrop of Macquarie Lighthouse, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.
Capacity: Up to 150 guests
Rate: $800 (incl. GST) for two-hour hire
Toilets: No toilets available on site. Nearby facilities can be searched here.
Parking: Limited on-street parking
Accessibility: The grounds of Macquarie Lightstation are mostly wheelchair accessible; however, some surfaces are uneven.
Additional: The grounds of Macquarie Lightstation will remain open to the public, guests are not permitted to enter Macquarie Lighthouse and on-site power is not available.
Our three wedding venues at Woolwich – Goat Paddock, Horse Paddock and Woolwich Lookout – will lend an element of natural splendour to your celebrations.
Goat Paddock is a tranquil expanse located alongside Woolwich Dock – a sandstone dry dock built in 1901 and used for ship repairs during both World Wars.
Rate: $500 (incl. GST) for two-hour hire
Capacity: Up to 80 guests
Toilets: No public toilets available
Parking: Limited parking is available at the council-run Merrington Place carpark
Accessibility: Limited accessibility, some stairs
Additional: No on-site power source
Woolwich Lookout offers an elevated harbour view which is easily accessible. The Woolwich Lookout offers beautiful views of parts of Sydney Harbour.
Rate: $400 (incl. GST) for two-hour hire
Capacity: Up to 80 guests
Toilets: No public toilets available
Parking: Limited parking available at Franki Avenue and the council-run Merrington Place carpark.
Accessibility: Access via Woolwich Road
Additional: No on-site power source, venue adjacent to Woolwich Road (all care must be taken).
The Horse Paddock is a open, tranquil green space with a waterfront location overlooking Cockatoo Island. Excellent for larger ceremonies.
Rate: $500 (incl. GST) for two-hour hire
Capacity: Up to 200 guests
Toilets: Public toilets available, including unisex accessible toilets.
Parking: Limited and restricted parking available (access via Woolwich Road and Franki Avenue).
Accessibility: Accessible via the Hunters Hill Sailing Club driveway
Additional: No on-site power source
