In Defence of Sydney is a self-guided interactive walk that takes around 60 minutes. It is a FREE visitor experience, available during daylight hours.
Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh is accessible by foot, car & bus. There is paid & accessible parking.
Public toilets, including an accessible toilet, are located near Middle Head Oval. Along the track, there are some uneven surfaces, low to medium inclines and steps, which are not suitable for wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Please take care when visiting.
Keep an eye out for the In Defence of Sydney signage to stay on track. It features a colourful logo (pictured). This logo represents Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh including the harbour (blue), native vegetation (green), and the built heritage (yellow and orange) managed by the Harbour Trust and NSW National Park & Wildlife Service.
