Building fitouts and land use
Due to the heritage significance of the Harbour Trust’s lands, prior written approval is required for all works including building fitouts and repairs, landscaping, signage installation, changes of use and major events.

Step 3 – Submit your application
Complete our Open leasing application form and email it, along with any supporting documents to lease@harbourtrust.gov.au. A member of our Leasing Team will contact you to discuss your application.
