Chowder Bay
An Independent Review of the Harbour Trust – the first since the agency commenced in 2001 – was announced by the Minister for Environment, the Hon Sussan Ley MP, in October 2019.
Public consultation
As part of this process, the Independent Reviewers –former Secretary of Planning for NSW, Ms Carolyn McNally and former Executive Director of Infrastructure NSW, Ms Erin Flaherty – invited written submissions from the Australian community and have led a series of public forums.

UPDATE (07/02/2020): The next public forum will be held on Tuesday 18 February from 6pm to 8pm. Due to the high number of registrations, the forum has been moved to the SMC Conference & Function Centre, 66 Goulburn St, Sydney. All previously registered participants will receive an email notification advising of the change in venue.
