Community consultation for the Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh Draft Master Plan has now closed. Thank you for your participation in our consultation process.

The draft master plan was on public exhibition from 14 March 2023 until 9 May 2023. The Harbour Trust will review all submissions and prepare a consultation outcomes report. Due to the level of interest, we have also committed to publicly sharing the revised draft master plan for further comment, prior to it coming to the board for approval. This will involve re-exhibiting the revised draft master plan that responds to community feedback.

The draft master plan outlines the vision of place for Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh as a place of:

• natural sanctuary, sustainability and environmental care
• enriched public access
• enshrined memory, immersive learning and interpretation excellence
• built form and public domain excellence
• life and vibrancy – a people place on one of Sydney’s finest headlands.

The Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh Draft Master Plan is available on the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water consultation hub.
