Update: Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh Renewal Project

The Harbour Trust received a notification on the Harbour Trust’s EPBC Act referral of the Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh Renewal Project. DCCEEW has determined that the proposed action is a controlled action requiring further assessment before a decision can be made.

The art of camouflage and our creative ambitions for community programming

As part of the 2025 Festival of Mosman, the Harbour Trust ran 3 hands-on workshops at the Middle Head Brick Garages on Saturday 15 October. A total of 30 people attended, including families with children.

Mosman Council has notified the Harbour Trust of its intent to commence construction works on the Middle Head Oval Pavilion and Landscape Project on 1 December 2025.

In accordance with the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act), the public can now make further comments on the Harbour Trust’s Renewal Project for Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh, located in Headland Park, Mosman, NSW.

Snapper Island - Proposed works – Public comment invited until 16 October 2025

The public has an opportunity to comment on a Department of Finance proposal for Snapper Island on Sydney Harbour. The Department of Finance owns and manages Snapper Island where it is proposing to undertake works involving demolitions, repairs and remediation.
